ER visit for shortness of breath in elderly adult. He took his time to explain the care plan and followed up with more appropriate testing and imaging as needed. He made sure we understood everything as we went and were comfortable. Good bedside manner. We can only trust the doctors as far as what they read in the tests of course but I believe all appropriate measures were taken concerning both evaluation and patient comfort.
