I have been Dr. Savin’s patient for quite a while. Recently I needed a prescription filled and called the office three times, left a message and got no response. On my last call his nurse finally answered and told me I had never called her, that she checks her messages every day. Even worse, someone else picked up the phone and sarcastically took down my information for the prescription. A physician is only as good as his staff. I won’t be seeing him any longer.
