Originally assigned to a young surgeon with whom no matter what I said . . . we could never agree or connect. My rheumatologist of 20+ years, the late Dr. Howard Kaye in discussion with me volunteered to refer me to his personal friend Dr. Cooperman. Now I was finally on a path toward being able to use my legs and walk once again. Dr. Cooperman explained everything thoroughly and completely as he guided me toward my surgery date. All went as planned and smoothly. Now three months after surgery by the grace of God I can walk unassisted without any serious pain. Only wish I were still able to thank Dr. Kaye for his friendship and referral of Dr. Cooperman.
