I am a bad asthmatic have been for the majority of my life. When I couldn’t breathe I headed to the ER thinking it was asthma attack, this time it was a little different I could feel my heart beating through my chest. Oxygen stat was 89 when I got the hospital heart rate was in 170s. I didn’t wait in the waiting room I was taken right back of course I got tested for covid, and my results came back positive. Dr. Eckert was so amazing calming personable knowledgeable and reassuring. Sat at my bed side made sure everything was getting done possible to keep me off a ventilator. He had a good team of nurses Alex and Don with him. I was scared and alone and the made me feel so much better!!! I was admitted and let go with in a week..home recovering and feeling 100 percent better
