yes i would recommen dr wolter with the highest ratings possible i'm 81 walked into his office blind in one eye the other eye just letting me get buy to drive which i was only judging been wearing glasses since i was 9 he told me right eye was really bad i laying waiting for operation another dr came by an said wow could see just by looking.well anyway had the operation on right eye 2 weeks had the other eye done went home to wife an she asked me were are my glasses told her hun i just ran over them with the car well you know she called me nuts told her don't need glasses i can see like i was in little league baseball. thank you dr wolter
