I have been a patient of Dr. Popescu for 13 years. She is very patient centered, answers all your questions and in sincerely interested in the patient. Patients are listened to. She does not rush through an appointment. When I was first her patient I was experiencing several medical problems. At one crisis period she not only provided medical care but she also was understanding and sensitive. She sees a patient not as a heart, circulatory system but as a whole person. My health has dramatically improved and that's saying a lot for a 76 year old woman.
