Dr. Baxter performed a breast needle biopsy on 2 suspicious breast microcalcifications. Prior to the procedure Dr. Baxter met with me and discussed my mammogram films. As a patient, I was touched by Dr. Baxter's knowledge of my family tree. My mother and older sister were post menopausal bc survivors. However, 3 maternal aunts passed to bc. She is concerned about breast cancer prevention and successful breast cancer treatment. She was compassionate and competent. As a very worried patient, Dr. Baxter was reassuring and kind. During the procedure Dr. Baxter was informative, gentle, and very skilled at locating the microcalcifications. No pain with injections and a very quick procrdure followed. There was minimal bruising and no bleeding. I trust and respect Dr. Baxter. She has a lovely bedside manner and a sense of humor during a very stressful procedure. I am thankful Dr. Baxter was my radiologist. She was so encouraging on a most stressful day. Thank you Dr. Baxter.
