Hoping Dr. Yaun reads this. 13 years and 2 days ago she saved my life. I have hydrocephalus and was experiencing what I later learned was a shunt malfunction. Up til then docs said it was a viral infection. Up til last month it was the last shunt I had...had a revision for a fourth shunt and it was her words from when I was 14 that stuck with me that made this revision a breeze. I mean the staff was wondering how I could be so calm and it was Dr. Yauns words when I was 14. She explained how any revision would go moving forward and made it sound like it would be effortless. She failed to mention the recovery would be a pain ?? Honestly I owe her everything.

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams.
