Care Philosophy

  • I believe in an integrative approach to treatment. I combine different psychotherapy modalities and pharmacology with complementary techniques. I approach my work holistically, trying to help clients understand the underlying causes of their psychiatric illnesses and empowering them to play an active role in managing their treatment. I specialize in women's mental health, including infertility, pregnancy and postpartum, menopause and eating disorders, as well as chronic illnesses, like Lyme.
