From the time I walked in the office I was treated like a VIP. Dr. Dawson is amazing she show genuine interest about my concerns, created a plan and successfully executed. I have been putting this surgery out for years and I thank God for placing Dr. Dawson in my path. I have a very low pain tolerance, I was worried about the after effects. I stopped taking the pain meds about five days after my surgery and have been on a successful healthy road to recovery. African Americans carry the burden of keloid, my scars are very minimum three weeks after surgery. Of course I had several questions after the procedure, my calls were returned in an expeditious manner. All questions answered. Nurse Taylor was so patient with me and Reagan never made me feel like I was bothering them. I will give Dr. Dawson and her supporting staff 10 stars if it was available. My family and I thank you, for a wonderful experience.
