Dr . Capital has the best bedside manner I have ever experienced in all our hospital stays for my mom. She has a very calm demeanor, smiling face and confidence with no ego attached . She is able to step by step explain her plans and goals for the patient by staying positive. She should be rated the best doctor of the year.
