I have Schizoaffective Disorder and haven't been appropriately medicated for years. I have been homeless and in & out of jail as well. I would like to be evaluated for the same medications I was given before by Dr. Ahmed so I can obtain a more stable lifestyle. I have Medicare & applying for Medicaid.
