At first I, and my daughter, were a little "put off" and uncomfortable. His questions are very direct and wants answers only to the questions he asks. Then he started his examination and was very thorough. His "bed side manner" softened and he listened very intently. He ordered MRIs for me at my Thursday appointment. He wasn't able to get the MRIs earlier than 6pm on Friday, although his staff really tried. He asked if we could stay in Rochester over the weekend to meet with him face-to-face for the results on Monday. When we left his office we felt that I was in very good hands and that he had a very strong idea what my problem was. He was right. Got me in to see the surgeon within a day.
