I had a simple 15 minute consult with this doctor. Was never told that there would be a consultation fee. And a whole year later got a bill for one thousand dollars. Insanity (I never went further with this doc) and totally out of the blue. Be careful what you sign in this office. I signed something saying I would cover what insurance wouldn't, but still no word of that astronomical "fee" and ask all the questions. Good luck!
