Patient Reviews
Mar 21, 2024
Dr. Golbin is always suggesting new methods to reduce my stress-anxiety and address issues that are patient specific. He uses unique analogies to suggest ways to reduce stress and they always seem to apply to my lifestyle and manifest change. My sleep has always been very important as I am aware that adequate restorative sleep will improve stress and overall health. He uses a unique approach that fits an individualistic type of approach that fits with my lifestyle and work commitments. Dr. Golbin has been able to bring a very noticeable change to my life with regards to stress and more importantly 'quality of life' through behavioral modifications and unique suggestions for sleep and a quality approach to life's more trying moments. He does this with a very much appreciated sense of humor and humility. I will always recommend Dr. Golbin.Kevin D.Gurnee, IL.
