Dr Sevrukov Performed a core biopsy on me today. He was very kind and his voice was very calming. His bedside manner was warm and attentive. He answered all questions and was very informative about my care. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

About Me

Care Philosophy

  • I view my patients and their referring doctors as partners in breast health care. Education is key. In breast cancer, the early detection is essential. Mammography screening remains the best test we have to find cancer early, and recent improvements of the technology such as digital breast tomosynthesis, aka 3D mammogram, allow us to see cancers even earlier while sorting out and dismissing non cancer findings. However, mammography, even 3D, is not perfect. We educate women and inform their referring doctors about breast density on mammogram and how it can impede the early detection of cancer. A common way to mitigate this problem is by supplementing mammogram with screening ultrasound.
