Due to frequent moves, I have had several psychiatrists. None compare to Dr. Exsir! The quality of care was outstanding. He always listened, questioned and picked up on things no other doctor had…things that changed my quality of life. He quickly replied to my messages…with thoughtful and thorough responses. He knew me better in one lengthy visit than any doctor I have had. He felt like a friend…someone who really cares.
