Dr. Marano believes there are many things to consider when treating patients and his philosophy is to have the patient on as few prescription meds as possible. There are often alternative measures that can be explored such as diet, exercise, other treatments, vitamins and supplements. Dr. Marano prides himself on an advocate for his patients and wants them to have a say in their treatment. If they are adamant about not going on meds, he will always try to accommodate their wishes.
