Dr. Ross is a very caring, personable, and knowledgeable dentist who treats you like an individual. HIs office is very comfortable and the staff are always friendly. The hygienist is gentle and doesn't lecture (;P). He seems to have all the latest technology. I love his X-ray machine - I no longer have to bite down on those horrible plastic things that cut into my cheek!
