Patient Reviews
Feb 08, 2025
I had 2 herniated disc’s(pinched nerves)in my neck by the time I got to him, having sought help previously at uw(horrible) I asked for a 2nd opinion at St.Mary’s because uw only offered a fusion stating they use 5mm discs and there wasn’t enough room. Dr.Lozier had me in surgery in 3 weeks with two 6mm discs installed, leaving me with a relief from miserable constant internally screaming pain, but the relief made me tear up when I came to. I begged for help from uw and was accused of pain catastrophizing among other things and left in misery (can you imagine that?)from Nov. till May when I got my 2nd opinion and still suffered till my surgery in June. That means 8 months of trying to not end my life because the pain was like sirens in my ears 24 7, meaning if I was lucky maybe some sleep for a few hours every other night. I am Not exaggerating, I have no reason. I was in really bad shape. I really can’t thank him enuf. Thank you Dr.Lozier, I hope to have you at my next disc replacement

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams.
