He knew exactly how to handle my condition, ran the right diagnostics, tried one fix, and carried out the formal procedures with his team. He then sent me straight to the right specialist for prompt and proper follow-up surgery. Fine doctor, a model, in the future I'll try to sync all of my surprise medical emergencies with his schedule.
