He sets the gold standard for what psychiatric care should be. He genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to counsel them, not just push drugs like normal psychiatrists. It's so much easier to accept his diagnosis when you feel like he actually knows you and listens to you. I have been hard-pressed to find another psychiatrist that is as good as him and makes me feel as comfortable as him since I switched insurance providers and I regret it every day.
