I have been going to Dr Rickert for many years now and find him to be a great optometrist with a friendly and personable "bedside manner". His staff, however, not so much! The receptionist, the billing person, and even the doctor's assistant were far from friendly. In fact, the billing person said nothing to me at all when I paid except for a clipped: "$45". No hello, no thank you, no goodbye. If I didn't like Dr Rickert so much I would definitely go elsewhere.
