I did not follow the docs advice and slacked off on my appointments only to end up with a herniated disc. As soon as I went into the office, he was able to give me a quick diagnoses and began treatment right away. It did not seem excessive in fact, he advised me to cool it as I was trying to get in 3 x a week even after a couple of weeks of treatment. I went from not be able to sit, walk, lay down (crawling seemed to be the least excruciating) to actually being able to run In only 29 days. Then I ran and tripped on a pipe landing on concrete and thought I had broken every bone in my body. After about 5 minutes of lying on the ground basically crying, I got up and called dr D. I was nervous and advised him about my fall and how my rib felt badly banged up. Not sure what he did but he adjusted my back/rib and it did not hurt like I thought it would and I was fine again. The Orthopedic I seen on day 31 could not believe how fast I had healed. Dr D is a magician!
