Donna's neurofeedback system works fast! I noticed that my mood was lighter and my thinking clearer after the very first session. The best thing about it is: you don't have to talk much, or do much of anything. You just relax, listen to soothing music, and let your brain self-correct. Very different from biofeedback training I've had before, where I had to work constantly to affect my "training curve". Donna is highly competent, a therapist with 30 years of experience, very smart - great!
