My therapeutic intention is to provide a safe space where you can explore your internal world and learn how to empathically listen to what your body and mind are communicating in order to experience balance and feel whole. I can guide you how to make internal shifts and behavioral adjustments that align with your therapeutic goals. In my psychotherapy practice I strive to utilize the most current and effective treatments.
My therapeutic approach applies evidence-based techniques to help you improve executive functioning skills which are necessary to organize and manage your daily life. I am most inspired by the research at the intersection of the neuroscience and psychology fields. Combining Somatic Embodiment Practices, Metacognition Techniques, and a Relational Theory lens, I am trained to help you make the changes that you want to make and to become the person you long to be.
