The wait time was shorter than most Dr offices. Once in the room there was no “wait” for anything. It was very efficient and timely. The whole team throughly explained what would happen, what was happening, and what to expect after the visit. They ensured to ask what I was comfortable with/what I wasn’t. And ensured that I was never “surprised”. Every member of the staff spoke kindly and gave their full attention to whomever they were speaking to. It was overall a great experience at a Dr office that most don’t enjoy visiting (due to the nature of the appointments). I would highly recommend Dr.Della and her team to anyone needing a specialized Dr
