Deirdre Holland is the second therapist I have been to and hopefully the last. From the first session I had with her I felt better and safe. I have been going for a couple months now and wish I decided to go sooner. She has changed my life and continues to change it with every session. In our technological era it might be hard to think that a person can have such good review without the people reviewing getting something from it but this is not that. She is truly just that amazing and helpful to people that really need her. She has helped me with so manny things and even things I didn’t know I needed help with. Please do not search any longer and go to her because I honestly believe she is the best. Will forever be grateful for all the problems she has helped me overcome. She has made me feel seen, heard and valued. I have never felt so happy with a decision I have made. She always listens to all my concerns without judgement or making me less than. Thank you Deirdre!
