I’ve been seeing Dr. Yourman for three years (mostly over Zoom), and have found his straight-forward, transparent approach to psychotherapy refreshing. While each session is client-led, there is a consistent collaborative spirit that flows through the hour. Dr. Yourman displays the ability to actively listen, provide wisdom when appropriate, and crack jokes that spark real laughter—a little spoken of yet essential skill, in my opinion. My only qualm is not living close enough to the office to benefit from the offered biofeedback. Other than that, I can’t recommend him enough!
