About Me

Care Philosophy

  • I specialize in musculoskeletal disorders, with a strong emphasis in hands on manual therapy. My post graduate training was in muscle energy and DO based short lever manipulation. Treatments are well rounded with specialized manual therapy, and a custom exercise program. I also believe in having a strong exercise based progam to address muscle imbalance and postural correction. This is further emphasised in my patients home exercise program.
