10 years ago Dr. Fray helped me with a bad acute low back problem. I didn’t want pain pills, I wanted it fixed- which he was able to do with gentle adjustments. Recently, I had sciatica leg pain/tingling and wasted no time coming back in to the office. (My friends at the hospital where I work were encouraging me to go to a neurosurgeon or pain clinic for injections.) I didn’t want pills or surgery if it could be avoided. As before, Dr. Fray did a series of adjustments and relieved my pain. He listened to me, was always kind, and also taught me about my spine and healthy living. I have experienced what chiropractic care can do. I know many people who also go to him. Thank you Dr. Fray!
