Cortney is amazingly gifted at massage. She uses several different techniques to really work out the sore spots causing you pain. I have been seeing her weekly for years. She honestly helps keep me moving and lessens my pain. She is very kind and compassionate and will make you feel at ease. I have seen many massage therapists over the years and she is the best in my opinion! I can’t recommend her enough!!

I believe a good flow is absolutely necessary for great health. A good flow of circulation in the viscera to the spinal fluid to what I do which is helping to increase circulation and health for the muscular system.
In most muscular injuries, I work out the adhesion in the muscle belly and it's tension by using a fatiguing method. Gentle or deep stretches along with cross fiber friction, Wave Mobilization Technique, and relaxing petrissage for the soft tissue health.
