I'd been going to various doctors and specialists for months trying to diagnose a foot problem I had been having while walking/running for over a year. No doctor could even reproduce the pain, much less diagnose it. One visit to Dr. Cody, and he was able to trace the issues back to lack of mobility in my hip. Six weeks later, thanks to regular daily mobility exercises and hip activation, I'm able to run sprints again, and getting better every day.
