We help people who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, and stress by giving them tools and strategies to overcome their problems and live a better, happier life.
We use weekly 45-minute sessions of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure Therapy to help children, adolescents, and adults reach peak mental health performance. We currently treat stress, anxiety, panic attacks, specific phobias, social anxiety, OCD, PTSD, chronic pain, life transitions, and other associated conditions. We have a subspecialty in treating selective mutism using PCIT-SM.
In addition to counseling, we provide a variety of psychological testing services including neuropsychological, academic, vocational, and pre-employment evaluations, and developmental evaluations, including Autism Assessments.
