I have been meeting with Dr. Wanio for over 4 years and he has helped me get through some tough seasons in my life. I was diagnosed with general anxiety disorder over 30 years ago and I have not been able to find a therapist who 'gets me'. Dr. Wanio knows how to get through to me and is always kind in his approach. I do not feel judged during our sessions and in turn, I am able to be 100% honest with Dr. Wanio (and myself). Dr. Wanio makes me feel seen and heard. He gives me strategies which I am able to implement. I am so appreciative Dr. Wanio was recommended to me. Thank you, Dr. Wanio!
