People who want to improve there health and decrease the risk of relapse will continue care until they return to normal function, this stage include rehab and the patient takes more responsibly of there care. Wellness care is when people want to optimize their health and is after they have returned to normal function they continue to improve their biomechanics, nutrition and lifestyle. Whatever you choose our concern is to make sure you reach your goals.
