Carol Psaila has been my therapist for 7 years. In that time I have dealt with depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, past spousal, child, and sexual abuse. Carol has guided me with compassion, respect, and integrity. She has helped me to see that I am a good and valuable person, despite the events in my life which make me feel unworthy. With her help, I am able to examine my fears and trauma of the past and change my patterns of thinking so they no longer apply. Carol has literally saved my life.
