Bonnie always listens with an open mind and empathy, yet is not afraid to challenge my current thinking to help me better understand a situation, people’s behavior (reactions) and find peace. She has helped me with relationship issues, family dynamics, work challenges and the day to day life stresses that we all have - some of which have been beyond jarring and life altering. I have never felt like I am being judged or looked at like I am crazy - if anything Bonnie has displayed extraordinary patience and understanding in instances where I have repeated the same mistakes and expected different outcomes or expect behaviors of certain people to be different when in fact that is not going to happen (and she has helped me come to terms with that too). Over the years I have experienced bouts of depression and anxiety and Bonnie has always made herself available to see me more frequently until I felt better and confident enough manage on my own again. She is amazing; I highly recommend!
