Updated:I have recently ended therapy for now with Barbara. And as we were going over my discharge it was amazing to see all the improvement I've made in the last couple years. I'm obviously not cured but I feel as close as one could get. I'm eternally gratefulI've sought therapy for many years but was discouraged by seeing so many negative reviews for the therapists in my area. Finally I found Barbara and was able to call and quickly explain to her what I was seeking. She took a few minutes to get to know me and was upfront and honest about her waiting list.In my first encounter with her over the phone I had a good gut feeling about her and was right. Barbara is thoughtful and considerate. She tailors therapy for each patient and you can tell she's passionate about what she does. She takes a holistic approach to therapy and it aligns perfectly with my views of what therapy should be. We work on healing and improving my person as a whole rather than masking individual symptoms.
