Athena is an absolute gem. I have had many therapists over the years and no one has ever given me as much practical advice that I can actually implement in to my real life than Athena, hands down. She is direct, clear, funny and deeply kind. Always checks me on my bullshttt with humor and gives me much needed perspective. Thanks for all you do for us!
