I was worried about change and admitting that I needed help was difficult. When I called Ashley I felt understood and after our first session I realized she was the support that I needed to move forward. Having seen her for several months now, its comforting to know that I'm no longer alone. I feel great about the progress I've made. I know from experience that seeking help is difficult, but give her a call, you won't regret it.
