Her EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) style of therapy is incredibly effective, and solved so many problems I had been struggling with for all my life. Most of my experiences with therapists in the past have been negative, but I trust her and recommend her to anyone going through a crisis or suffering from relationship difficulties. She is compassionate, a receptive listener, and truly cares about the people she treats.
