Very relaxed, welcoming office staff and waiting room. I've seen Dr. Melchert on and off for over 20 years and been to other chiropractors in Oregon and Richmond. Andy is definately at the top of my list for all around chiropractic care from neck to mid-back to lower back. He is open-minded and eclectic and has a range of adjustment techniques so if one doesn't work he will try another. He also has cold-laser therapy which is a tremendous aid to reducing inflammation.
