She seemed already very familiar with the patient and his needs. Despite things he said. She also listened to the caregiver and took that information that was given and gave ideas to help. She appeared to be very thorough and listened well to everything. She showed us what she was basing some of her thoughts of treatment in and is open to messages being sent through the patient portal and gave a number to call for additional help for the caregiver. I felt like it was genuine honest care for both the patient and help for the caregiver.
