Amy Ingersoll has successfully helped me learn to manage my weight, coaching me to change my eating and exercise habits so that I have lost 40 pounds. She is knowledgeable, insightful, empathetic, personable, and listens to me to gain an understanding of my body and mind that has led to successful and long-lasting healthy results. Amy is an excellent weight management clinician whom I recommend very highly.
