Dr. Sousa is very smart and caring - she puts in a lot of time with patients and spends the necessary amount of time to review the results from all the tests. Dr. Sousa is adept enough to analyze the results with respect to the patient and her/his illness, rather than just draw a conclusion without considering the circumstances.
