Dr Rossman is probably one of the most friendly and professional people I've ever met. Aside from being my doctor dealing with a very specialized version of keratoconus, him and his entire staff have helped me deal with personal issues on the side. It's very refreshing to finally have a doctor who cares more about people and helping them than he does about making money. I very highly recommend him to anybody needing anything optical related. Also this thing with the automated messaging, yes it's true about how they contact, but I guarantee you they respond extremely fast. Jaz has been nothing but amazing in replying to me.
