Dr. Hovey was instrumental in helping me avoid surgery for pelvic organ prolapse. Her instructions and encouragement in making sure I was doing the exercises correctly were superb. Most importantly she also analyzed my daily routine and figured out where some of my most routine movements were aggravating my condition--so I was able to alter things in my home and my activities too. It made ALL the difference. She is very knowledgeable and has a wonderful manner of quiet competence.
