My sessions with Dr. Zwerdling were like breaths of fresh air, and I looked forward to them every single week. He helped me get through the lowest point of my life and was so support and understanding during, and proud when I came out on the other side. I couldn't recommend him more as a Therapist!

I know how hard it can be to ask for help, to find someone to talk to that you can really trust. And I understand the courage it takes to allow yourself to be vulnerable, to let your guard down and open up about the things that we struggle with the most, the things that we typically keep to ourselves.
In therapy, the hardest things to talk about are the most important - that's why I practice the way I do - gentle, compassionate, warm, caring and validating - so you can feel safe and comfortable talking about your feelings, exploring and processing your experiences, and making sense of things. With no fear of judgment and no pressure.
Together we can slow things down and try to understand what's going on and how to make it better. I will listen to you with a nonjudgmental and respectful appreciation of who you are and what you are going through. And I will be there for you, attentive and engaged, and offer the direction, input and guidance learned through my 30 years of experience.
