After seeing so many physical therapists in our area over many years, she exceeds them all in skill/ treatment knowledge. Look no further, she is the very best. She helped me enormously recover from an auto accident, extensive arthritis, fibromyalgia. Very highly gifted, and empathetic. I was blessed to have found her.

Care Philosophy

  • I am passionate about easing what ails you with a hands-on, high-efficiency approach, and teaching you about your condition while empowering you to eliminate your pain in just a few minutes a day. I believe that for most conditions, you do not exercise into pain; rather first we ease the pain, then show you how to prevent its return.  I am experienced in manual techniques for joint/muscle/fascia, dry needling, aquatics, spine, fibromyalgia, and overuse injuries in high-level athletes. I enjoy helping my patients exceed their own goals and expectations.
